Juan “BJ” Villarreal
Juan “BJ” Villarreal began his career with Dr. Wayne Fagan in November of 1996, after serving 4 years in the United States Army. BJ served in the Army as a Medic/Dermatology Technician. He attended the Naval School of Health Sciences Dermatology Technician School in San Diego California. He was stationed at Ft. Jackson’s Moncrief Army Community Hospital in Columbia South Carolina for 2 ½ years and at the 121st General Hospital in Seoul Korea for 14 months. BJ also serves as the co-director for the American Society for Mohs Micrographic Surgery where he teaches students from across the nation in the art of Mohs surgery
Currently BJ is the Lab Manager of the South Texas Dermatology Mohs Labratory and also serves as one of the clinic practice managers. BJ is married to his wife Denise of 21 years and has 3 sons.
