Todd Pillen, PA-C has been a Physician Assistant with South Texas Dermatology since 2018. He brings to our office 40+ years of experience in a variety of areas including allergy, immunology, transplantation, and dermatology. 

Mr. Pillen performs all aspects of the clinical and surgical management of the patients in our practice with emphasis on skin cancer diagnosis and management.

Todd Pillen, PA-C earned his Physician Assistant, Bachelor Science, Medicine at the University of Nebraska in 1980 and his Master of Physician Assistant Sciences, Surgery in 1997 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. 

He is a member of the Distinguished Fellow American Academy of Physicians Assistants (DFAAPA). Mr. Pillen has won various awards including the President Choice Award- World Transplant Conference-2006, Golden Apple Award from Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University, 2005, President’s Choice Award and the Literary Excellence Award from the Journal of American Urology Association, Allied, 1986, just to name a few. 

He enjoys spending time with his wife, Nancy, “glamping” and cheering on various college and professional teams.
